We strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as offer in-house, interest-free financing and third-party financing through CareCredit. We will thoroughly explain your options so that we can accommodate your needs. We also offer a five percent discount for payment made in full at the onset of treatment.


If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.

Once treatment has started, we will file your claims. To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

We participate with the following insurance companies: BeneCare, Cigna PPO, Delta Dental, Dentemax Network, Guardian PPO, Mashantucket Pequot, United Concordia, and United Healthcare. The Brunch Club 

In an effort to make orthodontic treatment more accessible to patients without orthodontic insurance coverage, we are going to begin creating payment plans that eliminate the down payment and extend the monthly payments without charging interest.

What is the catch?  The only caveat is that the patient needs to schedule their visits during what is traditionally our "down" time: between 10am-2pm.  We are affectionately referring to this new plan as "The Brunch Club".

We are currently limiting this program to patients that do not have insurance benefits. Once we have determined the level of interest, we may be able to open the program to the insured. This is still part of our in-office financing; no third party lender is involved.

1. Can I join TBC if I have orthodontic insurance?  
No. currently TBC financing is only for patients with no insurance at this time. 

2. Can I pay the down payment and leave the club?  
Yes!  A down payment will be agreed upon in advance and you will have the option of paying it and leaving the club.

3. Can I slowly pay the down payment?
Yes.  You can give payments towards the down payment and over time, leave TBC once the down payment is paid.  This gives a patient the opportunity of starting orthodontic treatment right away. The barrier of the down payment is eliminated, but is does not mean that you have to stay in the club throughout your entire treatment.

4. What if I pick up insurance after I joined TBC? Good question!
Since every insurance is different each case would have to be evaluated individually.
